Role & Expectations
Event Planning & Support: Help plan and organize youth events and activities. Assist with coordinating resources and materials for events.
Set-Up & Clean-Up: Arrive early to help set up event spaces. Assist with clean-up after events.
Youth Engagement & Mentorship: Actively engage with youth during events, fostering a positive and inclusive environment. Provide mentorship and support to youth participants. Provide a supportive and inclusive environment for all participants.
Confidentiality Agreement: I understand that I may have access to sensitive information regarding youth participants. I agree to: Keep all participant information confidential and not disclose personal details outside of Summit Outreach and Counselling Inc. Maintain professionalism and respect the privacy of all individuals involved.
Criminal Record & Vulnerable Sector Check: As a condition of volunteering as a Youth Leader, I agree to provide a recent Criminal Record and Vulnerable Sector Check to ensure the safety and well-being of all participants.
